The best thing that comes out of publishing any of this is an email from someone who ran the same experiment and got a different answer.
There is no form on this page. Forms are for companies. One address, straight to me:
Tell me where I have got it wrong. That is the most useful letter you can send, and it is the one I answer first. Tell me what you tried, what it cost you, and whether it worked — particularly if it worked and I said it wouldn’t.
I read everything. I answer most things, usually inside a week, occasionally slower when I am travelling or a deadline has me by the throat.
What this is not
Be clear-eyed about what you are reading here. I am not a doctor and I am not a financial adviser. Everything on this site is one man’s experiment on himself, written down with the numbers attached and the failures left in. It is not advice for your circumstances, your bloodwork or your balance sheet, and you should not treat it as though it were.
If something here is worth acting on, take it to someone qualified first. That is not a disclaimer bolted on by a lawyer. It is the same rule I apply to everything I read.
